Netflix to provide Free Trial of Its Service for a Weekend which can Begin in India Netflix is going to offer a free trial of its service to everyone during a rustic for a weekend.

CPO Peters said between Netflix’ 3rd-quarter earnings interview that the new trial promotion was just “an example of the sort of innovation” that the company planned.
The chief called the plan as “an idea” to introduce the web streaming service to new viewers.
“We think that giving everyone during country access to Netflix for free of charge for a weekend could be a superb because of expose a bunch of the newest people to the amazing stories that we’ve, the service, how the service works, really create an event.
Exact details of the new trial is yet to be revealed. It is also unclear whether it’d co-exist with the prevailing 30-day free trial that’s still available in India and a couple of other markets, though it had been recently discontinued within the US.

Netflix indeed needs promotion to competed against platform such as Amazon Prime Video & Disney+Hotstar also on expanding its subscriber base that didn’t grow as per the expectations.
This was up from 19.29 crores subscribers reported as of June 30. However, the company predicted that it’d add 25 lakhs new subscribers within the 3rd quarter.
It had been three lakhs, but the actual subscribers added during the quantity.
